Beira a bar-law to authorize the
execution of a Lease :1creement
between the Cor-oration of t'he
Town of Pickering and Ontario Fvdro
with respect to the rental of lane
for parking purposes at the Don
Beer Sports Arena.
THE. COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERINC HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Lease Agreement between
the Corporation of the Towns of Pickering and
Ontario Hydro with respect to the rental of
land for parking purposes at the Doan Beer Sports
Arena, Part Lots 19 and 20, Range 3, B.F.C.
By-lawn read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of ('7)d , 1977.
