BY-LAW 4380/94
Being a by-law to appoint William Douglas as Deputy Fire
Chief of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering effective
February 1, 1994.
WHEREAS. pursuant to the provisions of section 207.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass by-laws for
appointing such officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. William Douglas is hereby appointed Deputy Fire Chief of The Corporation of the Town
of Pickering, effective February 1, 1994.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of January, 1994.
