BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to provide for the
sale of part of Lot 19, in Range 3
of the Township of Picketing to Tri-
Service Fabricating Ltd. in Trust.
W}[EREAS the Corporation of the Township of Picketing is
the owner in fee simple of the lands and premises
described in the Township of Picketing.
~WD WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
entered into agreements of purchase and sale with
Tri-Service Fabricating Ltd. in Trust carrying on business
as Light to Medium Plate and Structural Steel Fabricators,
to purchase the land in Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township
of Picketing designated as Part 1 and Part 2 on
reference plan 40R-761 containing 1.593 acres for the
sum of $10,000.00 per acre.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ~D IT IS MEREBY ENACTED:
1. That that part of Lot 19 in R~ge 3 of the Township
of Picketing as described in agreements of purchase
and sale dated July $th~ 1972, be sold to
Tri-Service Fabricating Ltd. (In Trust) in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained
in the said agreements of purchase and sale.
2. That the Reeve and the Clerk of the Township of
Picketing be and are hereby authorized and instructed
to execute, on behalf of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing, a deed of the said lands
to the said Tri-Service Fabricating Ltd. in :Crust
for the purpose of carrying out the said sale
and to affix thereto the Corporate seal of the
Corporation.
