BY-LAW NUMB
Being a by-law to authorize execution
of an agreement of Offer to Sell dated
the 12th day of November, 1970.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Pickering
desires to enter into an agreement of Offer to Sell providing
for the purchase from Mrs. Mary Lucy Pedrick of part of Lot
27 in Range 3 of The Township of Pickering.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement of Offer to Sell made between The Corporation
of the Township of Picketing and Mrs. Mary Lucy Pedrick,
dated the 12th day of November, 1970, with respect to the
lands described as the northerly portion of the east half
of Lot 22 in Range 3 in the Township of Picketing.
