TO ALTER ALLOWANCE F01I ROAD AND VEST A PORTION %qlEREOF IN AUGUSTUS

The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS
1st. THAT the alteration of the allowance for road between Lots
Nos. 30 & 31 in the 4th Concession as surveyed and by
John Shier Esq. P. L. S. described as follows, that is to
say:
Commencing at a stone planted on the easterly limit of the
said allowance for road at the centre of the said Concession
and r~nning thence North 9° East 4 chains and 90 links, thence
North 4° West 5 chains 7 links thence N 48o west 6 chains
more or less to the easterly limit of the said allowance for
road, the said proposed road to be one chain wide and the
above described line to be the easterly limit the peo£, contain-
ing 1-36/100 acres be and the same is hereby established as
a public highway.
2nd. THAT the portion of the said allowance for road containing
1-21/100 acres described as follows, coramencing on the west-
erly limit of the said allowance for road at the distance of
22 links northerly from the centre of the said Concession and
running thence N 9° East 2 chains 36 links more or less to
the easterly limit of the said allowance; thence N 16° West
10 chains and 25 links; thence N 48° West 1 chain and 89 links
more or less to westerly limit of the said allowance; thence
S 16° East 14 chains mope or less to the place of beginning
be and the same is hePeby vested in Augustus Varo, his heirs
and assigns.
