A By-law of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing imposing a special
drainage rate on part of N~ Lot 23 in
Concession ?.
'WHEREAS Aubrey Carson, the owner of part of N½ Lot twenty-
three {23) in the seventh concession of the Township of Picketing,
applied to the Council of the Township of Picketing under the Tile
Drainage Act for a loan for the purpose of draining said land;
AND 'WHEREAS Council by Resolution 393/69 loaned Aubrey Carson the
sum of $4,000.00 to be repaid with interest by means of the rate
hereinafter imposed;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Picketing that an annual rate of $4~3.16 is hereby imposed
upon such land for a period of ten {10} years, such rate to be
levied and collected at the same time and manner as other
property taxes.
