A By-law to authorize the expropriation
of Lots 117 and 118, Registered Plan
2¥4, Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to expropriate Lots
117 and 118 of ~egistered Plan 2¥4 of the Township of Pickering
for the extension of the Lawrence Avenue;
NO~ THEREF0~E BE IT AND IT IS HERE~Y ENACTED that
the lands being comprised of all oF Lots 117 and 116 of Registered
Plan 284 of the Township off Pickerin~ as designated on Negistered
Plan 2¥4, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule ~'A"
dated August 12, 1926, and formin~ a part of this By-law be and
the same are hereby expropriated for the extension off the Lawrence
Avenue thro~gh-way.
Read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in open Council
this 29th day of October, 1069.
