WHEREAS the lands hezein weze conveyed to The
Corp~tion of the Township of Pich~ zing by Alliance Building
Co~poIation Limited fei the extension of Dillingham Road and
it is necessaxy to dedicate the said lands as a public high-
way so that the abutting lands will have fxontage on Dilling-
ham Road;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORAT ]DN OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township of
Picketing designated as PART 1 on a zefeIence plan deposited
in the Registzy Office for the Registzy Division of the
Cour~y of OntaIio as No. R.D.-61 is hexeby dedicated as a
public highway.
