The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement made between the Consolidated Building
Corporation Limited and the Corporation of the
Township oF Picketing dated the 1st day of May, 1969
(Re: amendment to the Subdivision Agreement with
Consolidated Buildiag Corporation, Plans M-lO5 and
Read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open
Council th~s llth day of August, 1969.
