A By-law of the Corporation of the
Townah±p of Picker±ng to levy such
rates against all the assessed pro-
perties in the Township of Pickering
as will be required to operate the
various Public, Separate and High
School Boards, and to pay the Deben-
tures and Interest falling due for
Schools in the year 1969.
WHEREAS various Public, Separate and High School Boards have
requisitioned Council for certain sums of money to operate their
schools for the year 196~and the debentures falling due in 1969:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Picketing:
lo THAT there be raised, levied and collected from and
upon all the rateable property in the Township of
Pickering the rates and sums set out in Schedule A
attached hereto.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
this 2nd day of J~ne, 1969.
