Being a By-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute a Construction
Contract with W. J. Nolan Ltd. dated
May 12, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute a
Construction Contract with W. J. Nolan Limited dated
May 12, 1969, for the construction of the new Township
Fire Hall on Part Lot 19, Concession l, Township of
Picketing.
