A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to retain the
services of an Architect for the
purpose of designing a Swimming Pool,
and to autf~rize the Reeve and Clerk
to negotiate an agreement.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering
deems it necessary that a Swimming Pool be erected in the
south central part of the Township of Pickering, and
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Picketing
interviewed a number of representatives of architectural
firms,
The Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT William Bedall, Architect, be retained to
design the new Picketing Township Swimming Pool.
2. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
negotiate the agreement between the Township
