A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to retain the
services of an Architect for the
purpose of designing an Ice Arena,
and to authorize the Reeve and Clerk
to negotiate an agreement.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering
deems it necessary that an Ice Arena be erected in the
south central part of the Township of Picketing, and
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Picketing
interviewed a number of representatives of architectural
firms,
The Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT William Saccoccio, Architect, be retained
to design the new Picketing Township Ice Arena.
2. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
/~negotiate the agreementbetween the Townshi~ ~
