1. Tha~ ~he lands descxibed in Schedule "A" h~ze~o
annexed be and the same axe hezeby dedicated as p~blic
highways.

FIRST LY:
ALL ASD SINGULAR that certain ~cel ox tract of land a~
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing,
in the County of Ontario, being composed of p~trt of Lot 33 in
the Second Concession of said Township and ~vhich said parcel,
containing by admeasurement 1275 square feet, is described as
follows:
PREMISING that the North 72 degrees 32 minutes O0 seconds East
of the northerly limit of said Lot 33 9overns all bearings
here in;
COMMENCING at an iron bar planted in the nnr therly limit of
said Lot 33 distant 668.75 feet measured easterly thereon from
the line of an old post and wire fence for the existing westerly
limit of said Lot 33;

a point;

THENCE westerly along the northerly limit of said Lot 1 a
