A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint a
member to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) members
appointed at large.
2. The following member is hereby appointed as~ber for the
-~ '~_.;~.~',_,LJ /?~t)~.~..,zf~ -~'. to January 1st, 1971
3. The follow~g shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
G. Beckstead to January 1st, 1972
T. Holmes to January 1st, 1972
M. Johnson to January 1st, 1970
J. Pavey to January 1st, 1971
The members shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
5. The members shall ~e paid fifteen dollars ($15.OO) per diem,
plus twelve cents (12¢) per mile necessarily travelled in this
capacity.
6. By-Law Number 3598 be and the same is hereby repealed insofar
as it affects this by-law.
7. This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
