W~iEF~EAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
P!chering deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-!aw Number 3037, as amended;
NO%~ THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. T~XT AMENDMENTS:
1. That Section 13 be a~ended by adding thereto
Section 13.3 as follows:
13.3 EXCEPTIONS
13.3.1 Part ~ot 12, Concession 6
Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section l~.l, the following property
nmy, in addition, be used for the
accessory purposes of a retail sales,
rental ~d service business for
recreational vehicles in conjunction
with th~ uses permitted under Section 13.1
Land and premises situate, lying and
being fm the Township of Picketing,
in the County of Ontario, and beins
composed of Part of Lot 12, in the
Sixth Concession of the said Township
of ~ickering, more particularly described
as follows:
tn the northerly limit of
. 7 at its point of intersection
wl~h the easterly limit of Township Lot 12
:~8the Sf.m:h Con~.ess:lou;
Thence in a northerly direction along
said easterly limit of Lot 12, Concession 6
~ distance of 1,500 feet;
~hence westerly at right angles to said

the east branch of Duffins Creek;
Thence southerly in and along said centre

B. That By-law N,,~ber 3037 be and ~he same is hereby repealed
a~d amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to
the provisions of this By-law.

C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall cake effect from the
day of passf.~z~ thereof.
