1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and %he same are hereby~-_c~icated as public
bigh~ays.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed
in open Council this ~ ~ day ct ~ A.D. 1969.

premises situate, lying and being in the Township o~
Picketing, in the County of Ontario, containing by ad-
measurement 0.506 acres more or less and being composed
o~ part oz Lot 18~ in the First Concession of the said
Township, the said parcel being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
PREMISING that the southerly limit of the said Lot 18 has
a bearing of North 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East,
and relating all bearings herein thereto;

18 distant easterly therealong 869.78 feet from the south-
west angle thereo~;
