THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between The Corporation of the Township
of Picketing and Rae Cunningham and Carl Cunmingham dated
the 18th day of April 1969.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in
open Council this 5~ day of ~ 1969.
