the execution of a Deed dated
the 19th day of March, 1969,
to Fibre Conversion Company.
WHERF. AS by an agreement dated the 23rd day of
January, 1969, the Township agreed to sell 8.000 acres in
Lot 19, Range 3 to Milton Zysman~ as Trustee;
A~ WHEREAS Milton Zysman, as Trustee, has
directed that the deed be drawn in the name of Fibre
Conversion Company Limited and Master Quilting Co.
Limited, both private Ontario Companies carrying on
business under the firm name of Fibre Conversion Company;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary t o execute a deed
for the said lands to complete the transaction;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF T~ CORPORATION OF
THE TC~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a deed dated March 19th, 1969, from The Corporation
of the Township of Picketing to Fibre Conversion Company
Limited and Master Quilting Co. Limited, both private
Ontario Companies carrying on business under the firm name
of Fibre Conversion Company, as partnership property, with
respect to an 8 acre parcel of land in Lot 19 in Range 3,
and being composed of that part of Lot 19 in Range 3 of the
Township of Picketing designated as PART 1 on a Reference
Plan deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry
Division of the County of Ontario as No. R.D.-47,
and to affix the seal of the Corporation thereto and to
execute all documents required ~o complete the t~ansaction.
