WHEREAS %he lands herein are owned by The
Corporation of ~he Township of Picketing and it is dee~d
expedient ~o dedicate %he said lands as public highways.
NOW THERBFORE T~ COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TCW~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Tha~ ~he lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as public
highways.
READ a First, Second and Third ~ime and passed
in open Council ~his ~//~ day of~,~,a.D. 1969.

ALL A~D SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
pIemises siTuaTe~ lying and being in the Township of
Pickezing, in The County of Ontario, being composed of a
pair of Lot No. 33 in The Second Concession of The said
Township containing an area of 5,?00 square feet, be The
same mo~e or less and which may be more particularly des-
oribed as follows:

astronomic bearing of No~Th 16 degrees 00 minutes West and
relating all bearings herein Thereto;
COMb~NCING at a point in The northern limit of said Lot 33
