BeinE a By-law to authorize the execution
of an aEreement between the residents of
that pa~t of Fairview Avenue formerly
Maple Avenue and the Corporation of the
Township of P±ckerinE dated March 12th,
1969.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement
made between the residents of that part of Fairview Avenue
formerly ~iaple Avenue, and the Corporation of the Township of
PiSering dated March 12, 1969, with respect to the instalation
of services (water & sewers) with all the costs charged back to
the benefitting owners over a 20 year period with interest
charged at the rate of 8%.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
this 17th day of Ma~ch .., 1969.
