A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint members
to the Township of Pickering Planning
Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
that:
1. The Planning Board shall consist of seven {7) members, consisting
of two (2) members of Council and five (5) members appointed at
large.
2. The following are hereby appointed as members forthe periods as
indicated:
B. Lowe to January 1, 1972
K. MacIlvride to January 1, 1972
V. Rudik (Council) to January 1, 1970
J. Williams (Reeve) member ex-officio
3. The following shall continue as members for the periods as
indicated:
H. Wank to January 1, 1970
D. Binger to January 1, 1971
A. Knight to January 1, 1971
The members shall hold office until replaced by another by-law
5. The members shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.O0) per diem,
plus twelve cents (12¢) per mile necessarily travelled in this
capacity.
6. By-laws Number 3512 and 3591 be and the same are hereby repealed
insofar as they affect this by-law.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council this
or 1969.
