A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Board of the Community
Centre at Block K, Plan M-17, at
Bay Ridges
WHEREAS a Community Centre was established at Block K,
Plan M-17, Bay Ridges, in 1965 by By-law Number 2999, under the
Community Centres Act, 1960;
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickerir~ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT a Con. unity Centre defined as a Community Centre
under the Community Centres Act, 1960, and the reg-
ulations thereunder, be administered by the following
Board for the year 1969:
W. Robson
Cecil E. Crowe
James Daubney
James Watts
Steve Wilson
Arthur King (Council)
Donald Kitchen
(Council)
AND THAT By-law Number 3441 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
BY-LAW read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this
day of ,~oy~ , 1969.
