A By-law of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing to name members to comprise the
Plumbers' Licensing Board of the Township of
Picketing.
WHEREAS By-law Number 3332 provided that the Township should
license and regulate Plumbers, ~aster Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers,
Drain Gontractors, Drain Layers and Apprentices and that a Plumbers'
Licensing Board of four persons be named who will set examinations
and mark papers of applicants:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing that:
1. The Plumbers' Licensing Board of the Township of Picketing
shall comprise the following named persons:
(a) The Reeve of the Corporation
(b) Master~ Plumber Don Hargreave~ ~.
(c) Master Plumber George Christenson
(d) Plumbing Inspector, John Keeler
with the Plumbing Inspector acting as Secretary to the Board.
2. The Board members shall be paid a fee of $15.00 by the
Township Treasurer for each meeting.
3. By-law Number 3434 is hereby repealed.
4. This by-law shall become effective on the date of passing
and remain in force until its repeal.
