ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate lying and being in the
Township of Pickering and County of Ontario and
being composed of part of Lot 29 in the Third
Range of the Broken Front Concession of the said
Township, which parcel is more particularly
described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of Provincial Highway
No. 2, as defined by Deposit Plan 31 Highways, is
North 45 degrees 0 minutes East and relating all
bearings used herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point to said north limit of
Provincial Highway No. 2, distant Westerly therein
288.0 feet from the intersection of said north
limit with the east limit of said Lot 29;
THENCE South 45 degrees 0 minutes West along said
north limit of Provincial Highway No. 2, a distance
of 150.0 feet;
THENCE North 45 degrees west a distance of 377.61
feet;
THENCE North 49 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East
to a point of intersection with a line drawn on a
bearing of North 45 degrees 0 minutes West from the
said point of Commencement, a distance of 150.55
feet more or less;
THENCE South 45 degrees 0 minutes Fast along said
line ra distance of 364.75 feet to the Point of
Commencement.

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 3620
BEING A BY-LAW To AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 3036, as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickering deems it desirable to further amend the provisions
of By-law Number 3036, as amended;
WHEREAS authority is granted under Section 30 of The
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1960 as amended; to the Council of
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering, to exercise
such powers;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town-
ship of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
A. SCHEDULE Tract AMENDMENT
1. Schedule "A°' of By-law Dumber 3036 be and the
same is hereby further amended by altering the
One Family Detached Dwelling -- Third Density
Zone 'R3' designation in Part of Lot 29,
Range 3; being the property described in
Schedule 'B' attached hereto; to read Highway
Commercial Zone 'C3', as shown on Schedule 'A'
attached hereto.

1. That Section of By-law 3036? as amendeda be
and the same is hereby further amended by adding
th reto, Section I.4 Exemptions, as'foll,ows:

Sections X9.1 and .1.1, the
property as described in Schedule
'B' of By-law 3620, shall be used
exclusively for the production and
sale of nursery stock,
C• That By-law Number 3036 as amended, be and the same
is hereby repealed and amended only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions of this
By-law.
D. No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but
subject to such approval, the By-law shall take
effect from, the day of passing thereof,
