BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW N~ER 3262~
~REAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing deems it desirable to ~end the
provisions of By-law N~ber 3262, which ~ends By-
law N~ber 3036 as ~ended; and
~EREAS authority is granted under Section 30 of
The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1960 as ~ended, to the
Council of the Township of Picketing to exercise
such p~ers;
NOW THERE~, the Council of the Corporation of
the To, ship of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. SCHEDULE ' A ' AMENDMENTS
1. That Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 3262
be and the same is hereby amended by
altering the designation of the lands
shown hatched on Schedule "A" attached
hereto, from Storage and Light Manufactur-
ing Zone 'Mi' to One Family Detached
Dwelling Third Density Zone 'R3'.
B. By-law Number 3262 be and the same is hereby
repealed and amended only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions
of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force
without the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, but subject to such approval, the
By-law shall take effect from the date of
passing thereof.
