A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint
members to the Picketing Township
Parks and Recreation Committee.
WHEREAS Section 377 Subsection 63 {c) of the Municipal Act
provides for the appointment of a Parks Committee to operate munioipal
parks;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it advisable to continue a Parks
and Recreation Committee as one body;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that the following named persons shall comprise
the Parks and Recreation Committee of the Township of Picketing for
the year 1969.
Reeve J. R. Williams
Deputy Reeve R. Chatten
Councillor V. Rudik
Councillor R. Mason
Councillor D. Kitchen
Councillor A. King
Councillor J. Kruger
AND THAT By-law ~3502 be and the same is hereby repealed.
READ a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in open Council this
day or , 1969.
