That the lands described in Schedule '*A" hereto annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway. 2. For purposes of clarity a survey showing the lands affected outlined in red is attached hereto as Schedule "B" to this by- law. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontario and Province of entario, containing by admeasurement Two and three hundred and fifty-nine One- thousandths acres (2.359 acres) be the same more or less, and being composed of Part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Con- cession, in the said Township, and which said parcel of land may be more particularly described as follows~ PREMISING the bearing of the Easterly limit of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession assumed to be North seventeen degrees nine minutes West (N17°09'00"W) and relating all bearings herein thereto. COMMENCING at a point in the interior of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession which said point may be located in the follow] ng manner BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession. THENCE South seventeen degrees nine minutes East (S17°09'00"E) :, along the Easterly limit of said Lot 19, Nine hundred and sixty feet (960.00') to a point therein.
