Being a By-law to dedicate part of
Block B, Registered Plan 284, Township
of Picketing, County of Ontario, for
easement purposes.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing and it is d~med expedient to dedicate the
said lands for easement purposes;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TO'WNSHIP
OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the lands described below be and the same are hereby
dedicated for easement purposes.
All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing
in the County of Ontario and Province of Ontario and being an
easement across part of Block B according to a Plan filed in
the Registry Office for the County of Ontario as Number 284
which said parcel may be more particularly known and described
as follows:-
Beginning at the south westerly angle of said Block B.
Thence North 56 degrees 26 minutes West along the south westerly
limit of said Block B being along the north easterly limit of
Rouge Hills Drive a distance of 200 feet.
Thence North 33 degrees 34 minutes East a distance of 103 feet
to the point of commencement.
Thence continuing North 33 degrees 34 minutes East a distance
of 10 feet.
Thence South 56 degrees 26 minutes East a distance of 149 feet
2½ inches to a point in the south easterly limit of said Block
B, said point being distant 123 feet 10~ inches measured north
easterly thereon from the south westerly angle of said Block.
Thence South 9 degrees 22 minutes West along the s~uth easterly
limit of said Block B being along the north westerly limit of
~est Point Crescent a distance of 10 feet 11~ inches.
Thence North 56 degrees 26 minutes West a distance of 153 feet
~ inches more or less to the point of commencement.
READ a first, second and third time and passed in open Council this
