~ iBy-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint a
~'~arble-Fly Inspector for the year
1969, and to repeal By-law
,'~HEREAS the Council of the Corporation of 'the Township
of Picketing passed By-law Number 1942, whereby the Township is
now under the Warble-Fly Act;
SE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the i~mnicipal Council of 'the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering that:
1. Lloyd Pascoe be and he is hereby appointed Warble-Fly
Control Inspector for the Township of~ Pickering.
2. The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall comply with
the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect all fees and pay
same over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
3. That an honorarium of $200.00 be paid to the said Lloyd
Pascoe, while acting as Warble-Fly Inspector in addition to his
regular rate of pay.
4. AND THAT By-law Number 3489 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
