Being a By-law to provide for the
assumption by the Township of Picketing]
of certain underground services in the
Bay t{idges Subdivision, Registered Plans
M-lO5 and M-lO6 (Blocks "P" and "HZ")
WHEREAS Consolidated Building Corporation Limited has
developed Registered Plans M-lO5 and M-lO6 in the Bay Ridges
Subdivision and in accordance with an agreement thereto, has
constructed certain underground services to the satisfaction of
the Township Engineer;
AND V~HEREAS it is deemed desirable for the Township,
by By-law, to formally accept such underground services and assume
the same, subject to the subdivider providing maintenance fora
period of two years from date of this By-law.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council
of the Township of Picketing
1. That the sewers and watermains and appurtenances thereto
on Registered Plans of Subdivision M-lO5 and M-lO6 be
assumed as municipal services from and after the date of
passage of this by-law subject to Consolidated Building
Corporation carrying out the maintenance of such services
for a period of ~wo years from date of this By-law, all
in accordance with Clause 12, Page 5 to t?~e subdivision
agreement da~ed October 11, 1966.
