HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3599 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING Being a By-law to dedicate Part of Lot 26, Range 3, Broken Front Con- cession And Part of Lot 26, Conces- sion 1 And Part of the Road Allow- ance between Concession 1 and Range 3 Broken Front Concession, Township of Picketing, County of Ontario as a public road allowance WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed expedient to ., dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN~ ENACTS AS FOLLOWS 1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexe~ be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway. 2. For purposes of clarity a survey showing the lands affected outlined in red is attached hereto as Schedule "B" to this by- law. R~. a First, Second and Third time and passed in open coun. cil · ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land , and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontario and Province of Ontario containing by admeasurement Three hundred and eighty-four One-thousandths of an Acre (0.384 acres) be the s~me more or less and being composed of Part of Lot 26, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, and Part of Lot 26, Concession 1, and Part of the Road Allowance between Concession I and Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the said Township and which said parcel of land may be more particularly described as follows~ PREMISING the bearing of the Southerly limit of Kingston ROad as shown on a plan on file in the Registry Office for the Registry Division for the County of Ontario as Number 31 (Highways) assumed to be North fifty-four degrees fi£ty-eight minutes thirty seconds East (N54°58'30"E) and relating all bearings herein thereto. ~ COMMENCING at a survey monument in the said Southerly limit of Kingston Road said survey monument being distant One hundred and forty-seven and twenty-five One-hundredths feet (147.25') measured North fifty-four degrees fifty-eight minutes thirty seconds East (N54°58'30"E) along the said Southerly limit of Kingston Road from a survey monument at its intersection with the Northerly limit of Lot 26, Range III, Broken Front Concession, distant Two hundred and ninety-five and six One-hundredths feet (295.06') measured North seventy- two degrees fifty-four minutes East (N72°54'00"E) along the said Northerly limit of Lot 26 from the Northwest corner thereof.
