W~REAS certain s~ree~ lighting areas were czeaZed
in ~ha~ par~ of ~he Township lying sou~h of ~he Thud
Concession by By-laws 1907, 2541, 2684, 2873 and 3049;
A~ ~EREAM iz is deemed expedient ~o dissolve ~he
sa~ s~zee~ lighting aIeas and crea~e an Uxban SZIee~ Lighting
A~ea which will include ~hose lands affected by said By-laws
1907, 2541, 2684, 2873 and 3049 along wi~h all ~ha~ paz~ of
~he Township lying sou~h o~ ~he Third Concession;
A~ W~REAM certain s~ee~ lighting a~eas were
c~ea~ed in ~ha~ par~ of ~he T~nship lying no~h of ~he
Second Concession by By-laws 198M, 2494, 2680 and 2683;
A~ W~R~S i~ is dee~d expedien~ ~o dissolve ~be
said s~xee~ lighting areas and c~ea~e a Rural S~iee~ LighTing
Area which will include ~hose lan~s affected by sa~d By-laws
1982, 24~ 2680 and 2683;

T~ T~HIP OF PIC~RING E~S AS FOL~WS:
1. Tha~ an application be ~de ~o ~he On~azio Municipal
Board fo~ am Orde~ dissolving ~he s~ee~ lighting areas
established by By-laws 2541, 2684, 2873, 3049 amd 1907 and
~o incorporate ~he lands within %ne Township of Picketing
affected by ~hese by-laws along wi~h all o~hez lands in ~he
Towmship of Pickezing lying sou~h of ~he Third Concession
in~o one s~ree~ lighting area ~o be known as ~he Urban
S~ree~ Lighting A~ea)
2. Tha~ an application be made ~o the OnZario Municipal
Board fox an Ord~x dissolving ~he s~ee~ lighting aIeas
established by By-laws 1982, 2494, 2680 and 2683 and
incorporate ~he lands affected by ~hese by-laws along wi~h
all o~hez lands in ~he Township of Picketing lying north
~he Second Concession im~o one s~zee~ lighting area ~o be
known as ~he Rural S~ree~ Lighting Area.
