BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize
execution of an Agreement dated
the 28th day of November, 1968.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering is desirous of entering into an Agreement with the
Public School Board of the Township School Area of Picketing
Township Area #2, with respect to the community uses of the West
Rouge School;
AND WHEREAS the parties to the Agreement have agreed
to the terms thereof;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and the Public School Board of the Township School
Area of Picketing Township Area ~2, dated the 28th day of
November, 1968, with respect to community uses of the West
Rouge School.
