execution of an Agreement

WtiEREAS the Council of The Corporation or the
Township of Pickerin9 is desirous cf entering into an
agreement with The Public School Board o~ the To~vnship
School Area os Picketing Township Area #P with respect to
co-ope~at~ng in the construction and maintenance or a
swimming pool to be located in the Woodlands Centennial
School.
Ai~D W~REAS the parties to the agreement have
agreed to the terms thereo~;
NOg; TI-~REFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
Tt[F. TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING £NACT~ AS FOLLOW:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement made between The Corporation of the
Township of Picketing and The Public School Board of the
Township School Area of Picketing To~vnship Area ~?, dated
the 18th day of November: 1968~ with r~spec'% t~> co-o[.~r~,tipc3
4n the construction amd maintenance of a swimming pool to be
located in the Woodlands Cem~ennxal School.
