BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint
members to the Township of Picketing
Planning Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Picketing that:
1. The Planning Board shall consist of seven (7)
members consisting of two {2) members of
Council and five (5) members appointed at largo.
2. The following are hereby appointed as members
for the periods as indicated:

y~. ~,~C to January 1, 1972
/~. ,'~//fl¢ //~'~ to January 1, 1972
~ ~/~ (Council) to January 1, 1970
John Williams (Reeve) member ex-officio
3. The following shall continue as members for the
periods as indicated:
D. Binger to January l, 1971
A. Knight to January l, 1971
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by
another by-law.
5. The members shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.00)
per diem, plus~d~-~9~ cents (~ per mile necessarily
travelled in th~'~apacity.~~'
6. By-law Number 3512 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it affects this by-law.
7. This By-law shall become effective on January 1st,
1969.
