BY-LAW NUMBER 3~
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
The Corporation of the Township of
Picketing and the Department of
Highways for Ontario.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering enacts as follows:
t. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
Agreement made between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and the Department of Highways for Ontario for
the purpose of studying the development and improvement of the
road system, and to allow payment by the Department of
Highways of Ontario of 75% of the cost~ dated the 3rd day of
December, 1968.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED in open
Council this 3rd day of December, 1968.
