A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to repeal
By-Law #3481.
WHEREAS The Public Libraries Act, 1966, under Section 5,
Subsection 2, provides for the appointment of members to a
Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS By-law Number 321~ of the Township of Pickering
created a public library for the whole Township;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Dhe following persons shall
comprise the Library Board of the Township of Pickering and shall
serve for the term indicated.
1. Councillor D. Kitchen 1968-1969
2. Mrs. Milton J. Mowbray 1968-1970
3. Mrs. N. Rowan 1968-1969
(Public School)
4. Mrs. D. O'Reilly 1968-1969
(Separate School)
5. Mrs. L. T. Johnston 1968
6. Mrs. E. B. Phin 1968
7. Mrs. E. Walcott 1968
8. Mr. R. Sanderson 1968-1969
9. Mr. Alban C. Ward 1968-1969
By-Law Number 3481 be and the same is hereby repealed.
