WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
Corporation of the Township of Picketing ard it is deemed
expedien~ to dedicate the said lanos as public highways.
NOW THEREFOI~ THE COJNCIL OF THE COPPORAT~DN
OF TI-R~ ToW~HIP OF PICK~RING Eb~kCT$ AS FoLLOW~:
1. That ~he lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as public
highways.
READ a First, Second and Third time amd passed in
open Council ibis Z~ day of ~~ A,D.1968.

premises situate lying ard being in the To%vnship cf Pickerin9
in the County of Ontario, and being composed of:

That part of Lot 6 in the Eighth Concession of the said Township,
more particularly described as follows:

aforesaid has a bearing or North 72 degrees 45 minutes O0
seconds East and relating all bearings used herein thereto;
