being a by-law to authorize
the execution of a Deed dated
the 9th day of August, 1968,
in favour of Pazshan

WHEREAS by a deed dated the 23rd day of July, 1968,
Parshan Construction Limited conveyed certain lands, being
part of Lot 6, Concession 5 in the Township of Picketing, for
road widening purposes to The Corporation of the Township of
Picket ing;
Ah~ WHEREAS an error was made in the description cf
the lands intended to be conveyed;
AS~) WHEREAS The Cotpoxation of the Township of
Picketing has agreed to re-convey to Parshan Construction
Limited the lands conveyed in error and Pazshan Construction
Limited has agreed to convey to The Cc~poration of the
Township of Picketing the lands intended originally to be
conveyed;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to execute a deed for the
said lands to correct the error in the description in the said
deed dated the 23rd day of July, 1968;
NOW THEREFORE T~ COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TfYW~HIP OF PICKERING ENkCTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk ate hereby authorized to
execute a deed dated the 9th day of August, 1968, from The
Corpozation of the Township of Picketing to Parshan Construction
Limited fox that part of Lot 6 in Concession 5, more particular-
ly described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed, and to affix the
seal of the Corporation thereto and to execute all documents
required to complete the transaction.

ALL A~D SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
pzemises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickezing,
in ~he County and Province of Ontario and being composed of
part of Lot 6, Concession 5 for the said Township more partic-
ularly described as follows:
PREMISING tha~ the south limit of King's Mighway No. 7 as
widened by registered Plan No. 185 through the said Lot 6
hms a bearing of Nox~h 72 degrees 1 minute gas% and %ha% all
bearings used herein are referred there%o;
COMMENCING at a point in the south limit of said Lot 6 dis%ant
818.03 feet measured easterly thezealong from the south-west
cozne~ of the said Lot 6;
THENCE continuing easterly along ~he said south limit 520 feet
more or less to the south-east corner of the said LOt 6;
THENCE northexly along ~he existing east limi~ of %he said
Lot 6 a distance of 17 feet to a point ~herein;
THENC~ South ?1 degxees 23 minutes 50 seconds West 520 feet;
THENCE South 19 degxees 29 minutes 40 seconds East 17 feet
more or less to the POINT OF COMMENCEb~NT.
