BY-LAW NUMBER
being a By-law to dedicate Part
of Lot 6 in Concession 5 as a
public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
CoKporation of the Township of Pickezing and it is deemed
expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOIJ. OWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hexeby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a Fixst, Second and Third time and passed in
open Council this /~/ day of ~z~¥~j~ A.D. 1968.

ALL AMD SINGULAR that certain parcel oz tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Picketing,
in the County and Province of Ontario and being composed of
part of Lot 6, Concession 5 for the said Township mote
particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the south limit of King's Highway No. ? as
widened by zegiste~ Plan No. 185 through the said Lot 6
has a beating of Nozth 72 degrees 1 minute East and that all
bearings used herein are referred thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the south limit of said Lot 6 distant
818.03 feet measuzed easterly thexealong from the south-west
corner of the said Lot 6;
T~CE continuing easterly along the said south limit 520 feet
more or less to the south-east corner of the said Lot 6;
THENC~ northerly along the existing east limit of the said Lot
6 a distance of 17 feet to a point therein;
THENCE South 71 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West 520 feet;
THENC3E South 19 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East 17 feet
