being a By-law to dedicate Pazt of Lot 6
in Concession 6 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands hezein axe owned by The
Cozpozation of the Township of PicN~ing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE CCUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF TH~ TOWN~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands desczibed in Schedule "A"
hexeto annexed be and the same aze hezeby dedicated
as a public highway.
READ a Fizst, Second and Thizd time and passed
in o~n council this ~'~ day o~

ALL AhD SIN3ULAR that certain parcel ot tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Township
of Picketing, County and Pxovince of Ontaxio and being
composed of part of the north half of Lot 6, Concession
6 for the saki Township and containing by admeasurement
0.10 acres be the same mote oz less which said parcel ot
land is shown on a plan of survey by W. J. Pla×ton, O.L.S.,
da~ed October 1967 and is mote particularly described as
follows:
PREMISINS ~hat the Road Allowance between LoTs 6 and 7,
Concession 7 has a beating of North 18 degrees 24 minutes
West according to Municipal Survey No. 222 and that all
beatings used herein ate referred ~hereto;
COMMENCI~ at a point in the west limit of the said Lot 6
distan~ B272.20 feet measured southerly thetealong from the
north-west corner thereof;
T}~NCE North 72 degrees 18 minutes East 10.00 feet;
THENCE South 17 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds Eas~ paxallel
to the said wes~ limit 427.12 fee~ more ot less to its
intersection with the line between the north and south
halves of the said Lot 6;
T~NCE westerly along ~he said line between the north and
south halves 10.02 feet mote or less to its intersection
with the west limit of the said Lot 6;
THENCE northerly along the said west limit 426.80 feet
more ot less to the POINT OF COB~4ENCEMENT.
