BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Pickering to amend By-law 3519
relative to "Through Highways"
WHEREAS Council believes that certain Through Highways as designated
in By-law Number 3519 are not in the best interests of traffic safety;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Township
of Pickering;
1. Those parts of Section 1 of By-law Number 3519 that read:
Highway From T__qo
Breezy Drive 50' east of West Shore Oklahoma Drive
Boulevard
Oklahoma Drive 50' east of West Shore Breezy Drive Boulevard
be and are hereby amended to read:
Highway From T__qo
Breezy Drive 50' east of West Shore Sunrise Avenue
Boulevard
Oklahoma Drive 50' east of West Shore 50' west of Breezy
Boulevard Drive
2. This by-law shall not become effective until approved by the
Department of Transport and until signs have been erected and
are on display in compliance with the regulations of said
Department.
