BY-LAW NO. -~¥~ ~
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to amend By-law
1909 by adding thereto certain clauses
relating to Part III - Parking and
Part IV - Operation of Vehicles.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
Picketing
1. THAT Part III, Clause 3, Section (1) be amended to include
the following location where parking is prohibited.
On the boulevard of any curbed street, between
the curb and the limit of the public Highway.
2. THAT Part IV, Section (1) be amended to include the designa-
tion of the following intersections where left turns are
prohibited,
When properly worded signs to that effect have been erected
and are on display, no person operating a vehicle in the
direction hereinafter named in Col,,mn 1 shall turn such
vehicle to the left at the intersection named in Column 2
during the period between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday to
Friday.

North Bound Sandy Beach Road and Parkham Crescent
North Bound Sandy Beach Road and Loreto Street
North Bound Sandy Beach Road and Drava Street
Clause 2 of this By-Law shall not become effective until it
receives the approval of the Department of Transport.
