%ion of a road on the said 66 foot strip:

such ~rson as he might appoint ~o receive this land, in
exchange for a release of the covenants numbered 1

execute a deed da~ed July 5th, 1968, from The Corporation of
~he Township of Pickexing %o Maxgaret Elizabeth (Win~er)
Clarke for that part of Lot 18 in Concession 1 of
Township of Picke. rin9 designated as Parcel No. 2 having an
area of 0.796 acres as shown on a survey dated January 21st,
1961~ by R. Bryce Code, O. L. S., and to affix the seal of
~he Corporation %hereto and ~o exec. u~e ~11 documents required
~o complete The conveyance and obtain a release of
covenants set out in Instrument No. 92559 Pick~ ~n9.
