BY-LA~q T0 ESTABLISH A ROAD ACROSS LOT N0. 22 IN ~q{E TIIIRD CONCESSION
OF PICKERING.
~IEREAS it is desirable to open up a road across the south part of
Lot 22 in the Third Concession of Picketing;
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS THAT the proposed road from the Third Concession road across
Lot 22 to the side line between 22 & 23 in the Township of Picketing
surveyed and described by John Shier P.L.S. June the 2nd 1872 on
LOt 22 in the Third Concession of the Township of Picketing
Commencing where a post has been planted on the southerly
limit of the said Lot No. 22 at the distance of three chains and
86 links more or less from the south west angle thereof and running
thence N 33° 30' W nine chains and 85 links, thence S 74° W twelve
chains and 50 links more or less to the westerly limit of the said
LOt, the said road to be 75 links wide and the above described line
to be the centre thereof be and the same is hereby opened and est-
ablished as a public highway.
THAT this by-law shall have power and effect immediately on, from
and after the final passage thereof and final confirmation by the
County Council.
PASSED 28th September 1872.
