A By-law authorizing an application
to The Ontario Municipal Improvement
Corporation for the purchase by it of
certain debentures.
WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing deems it expedient and necessary to issue debentures in
the amount of $134,648.56 for the purpose of Local Improvements,
Water and Sewer Services, om the west side of Liverpool Road;
AND WHEREAS application has been made to The Ontario Municipal
Board for authority to proceed with the above undertaking;
THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Reeve and the Clerk are authorized to make application
to the Ontario Municipal Improvement Corporation for the purchase
by it of the debentures of The Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing in the amount of $134,648.56.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED in open Council
