Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing and the Ontario Hydro
Power Commission dated the 14th
day of May, 1968.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLO~:
THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement
between the Corporation of the Township of PickerinE and the Ontario
Hydro dated the l&th day of May, 1968, whereas the Ontario Hydro Power
Commission grants the Corporation of the Township of PickerinE the
right to install, maintain, etc. a 20 inch sanitary sewer within a
t5 foot strip of lands, part of Lot 20, Range III, Broken Front
Concession.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED in open Council this
