A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint members
to the Township of Picketing Planning
Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
that:
1. The Planning Board shall consist of seven {7) members consisting
of two (2} members of Council and five (5} members appointed at
large.
2. The following are hereby appointed as members for the periods
as indicated:
1. Bryon Lowe to January 1 1969
2. Allan Knight to January i 1971
3. David Binger to January 1 1971
4. H. Wank to January 1 1969
5. K. MacIlvride to January 1 1969
6. Victor Rudik to January 1 1970 (Council)
7. John Williams to January 1 1970 {Council}
3. The members shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
The members shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.00) per diem,
plus ten cents (10¢) per mile necessarily travelled in this
capacity.
5. By-law Number 3&27 be and the same is hereby repealed insofar
as it effects this by-law.
6. This By-law shall become effective on January l, 1968.
