A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint
members to the Township of Picketing
Committee of Adjustment
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) members
appointed at large.
2. The following are hereby appointed as members for the periods
as indicated:
1. David Lewington to January 1, 1969
2. John Pavey to January l, 1971
3. Dennis Horsfield to January 1, 1971
4. Mrs. G. Beckstead to January l, 1969
5. M. Johnson to January l, 1970
3. The members shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
4. The members shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.00) per diem,
plus ten cents (lO~) per mile necessarily travelled in this
capacity.
5. By-law Number 3426 be and the same is hereby repealed insofar
as it effects this by-law.
6. This By-law shall become effective on January l, 1968.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED in open Council
